Cuckmere near Arlington

Spent some more time looking for spawning Lamprey, this time below the weir on the Cuckmere, near Arlington Reservoir. No luck, again, but did see some other exciting things.

A pair of Garden Warblers. The bird on the right kept fanning it's wings in display behaviour before the pair mated.

European Chub Squalius cephalus.

Male Scarce Chaser Libelulla fulva.

Male Beautiful Demoiselle Calopteryx virgo.

Birdsfoot Trefoil Lotus corniculatus.

More cloudscapes.

The Moon rising over Eastbourne.
