Lichen and Yellow Rattle - Day 47

A windy, fresh day with the threat of rain that never arrived. The tall trees of Further Plantation gave good shelter from the wind.

An intereseting lichen, with cup shaped fruiting bodies, blew down from the roof. On the Wildflower Lawn the first Yellow Rattle came into flower.
