Dorset: Broadcroft Quarry Butterfly Reserve

A remarkable place; the rubble from the old quarry have been scraped back to allow plant species to grow, which attracts the butterflies.

I was really keen to see a Silver-studded Blue, but the date was at the very end of the adul's flight-period.
