Lured to the Cuckmere by reports of a Red-necked Phalarope. The valley was relatively quiet an peaceful. The glorious sun was also an incentive, particularly after yesterday's weather and before tomorrow's forecast.
Wonderful Swifts were everywhere, feeding over the water. Corn Bunting, Skylark and Meadow Pipit sang beautifully.
