Arlington Reservoir

A pair of Little Stints, on their Autumn migration, stopped at Arlington Reservoir. I caught up with them after work. These tiny birds are smaller than House Sparrows.

A back view showing the characteristic pale 'braces' markings.

Yellow Wagtail, a summer visitor.

A pair of Yellow Wagtails. They are often associated with cattle, feeding on the disturbed insects.

A single Barnacle Goose among the hundreds of local Canada.
