Despite being an aquarium, there is also a small but interesting collection of reptiles and amphibians at the Blue Reef in Hastings.
Rankin's Dragons (
Pogona henrylawsoni), a species of Bearded Dragon from Australia. These lizards were really active, hunting crickets.
Argentinian Tegu (Salvator merianae). This remarkable species is apparently as intelligent and affectionate as a dog.
Madagascan Day Gecko (
