Mount Caburn

No luck finding any orchids, but a beautiful afternoon for a walk.

View to the north from Mount Caburn.

These photos show a Buzzard being mobbed by a Peregrine, which dived repeatedly while making a churring call.

Another Buzzard.

Burnet Companion Moth Euclidia glyphica. A day flying moth of chalk grassland.

View towards the north from the summit.

Some nosey cattle on the hilltop, watching the paragliding.

Meadow Pipit.

View to the southwest.
