Summer Holiday Day 11: Sand Martins, West Rise Marsh
After a surprisingly heavy and persistent shower (25 minutes sheltering in the car) I went down to the lake and was delighted to find a swarm of Sand Martins, with a few House Martins, feeding over the water.
