Reading about a new meadow prompted an expedition to the Ashburnham Estate. It was tricky finding the moved footpath, that hasn't been updated on the OS maps, but this eventually led to Tent Hill, which had an area of unmown grass on the north slope. It has been seeded using clipping from Coach Road Meadow.

A remarkable Horse Chestnut tree, growing by itself in a field. Lower branches have curved down and rooted, in a circle around the central trunk, and new 'trunks' have grown up at each point.
