Raptors over Hill Road

At hot day spent under shade in my back garden, hoping for a Honey Buzzard. No luck, but four species of raptor and a pair of Ravens did pass over.

Goshawk. Bullet shaped body, rounded tail and prominent white 'thighs' and the fact that it dwarfed the mobbing Jackdaws all add confidence to this id.

Sparrowhawk. Much smaller with narrower body

Common Buzzard

Kestrel
