Eastbourne Seafront

Remembrance Sunday was beautiful and bright with amazing clouds. The cold wind meant a walk along the seafront was rather brisk, but I had to keep stopping to photograph the sky.

I am a big fan of the new open area on the pier, in place of the amusement hall that burnt down.

New for me were several Turnstones on the iron work at the end of the pier, in addition to the gulls, pigeons and Cormorants. Amazingly I also saw this Kingfisher (poor 'record' shot). It was chased away by a Herring Gull.
