Early Autumn, Jevington Plantation



 

The return of the Ivy Bees, Hill Road

 The Wild-flower front lawn always gets a mid-August mow. This exposes the south-tilted ground to the sun, in anticipation of the mass emergence of the Ivy Bees. The first few individuals were spotted today.
