Pulborough Brooks

A entirely magical place. I visited on a marvelously sunny day at the start of May. Garden Warbler, Nightingale, Balckcap, Song Thrush and Cuckoo song filled the air.

Great Crested Newt. The first one I have ever seen.

Tawny Owl chick, one of two.

A glimpse of an amorous male Adder (pale) trying to drum up some interest from a basking female (brown).

 Buff-tailed Bumblebee

Pair of Egyptian Geese with goslings

 Lapwing

 Peacock Butterfly

I think this is a Black Lace-weaver Spider

 Scorpion Fly

 Speckled Wood

 Wood White

Broad-bodied Chaser, newly emerged

 Rabbit

House Sparrows

The brightest plumaged Blue Tit I have seen this year
