Warm wind from the south brought a magnificent late autumn sunrise

  Wild weather, driving the sea in from the west just before low tide.

 

The End of Autumn

 Arctic air giving the sunrise rare clarity and a heavy frost. The end of autumn. 

Jevington Plantation

 The mild, dry Autumn continues, and the leaves in the wood lie thickly on the ground. The Hazel and Elm are yet to colour, while the Walnut are briefly distinctive, with smaller specimens revealing themselves in dark brown and yellow.

Blue sky moving south, brings cooler weather.
