Just north of Litlington, in the Cuckmere Valley, is the flooded meadow at Church Farm.

Kittiwakes at Seaford Head

An extremely windy afternoon. Most of the adults were roosting, with some juveniles attempting to control their flight in the gusty conditions.

In the bathroom. The caterpillars of this species were in the garden a few months ago, feeding on their eponymous food plant.
